I too was charged 48.00 by this site after looking at it. I had filled in the information then changed my mind on 12/8/04.
When i called them, i was told it was a one time fee and nonrefundable.
This is not a free web site!!! Its a rip off!!!
When i asked to cancel was told i could not by a person who could just speak broken english.
Someone is getting rich at our expense it must STOP!!!
