Overniteink
LLC This company took my money via Paypal and did not ship purchase. Rip-off!

On November 20th I purchased Ink cartridges from Overniteink, LLC via the web and payed with Paypal. I received a receipt from the purchase.

Three weeks in, no package, tracking # or email. I tried to call the company 6 times, no one phoned me back. I sent several emails, no response. I contacted Paypal for assistance. Paypal tried to recover the money, but could not because the company did not have any funds in the Paypal account. They sent me a letter stating that they would suspend paypal services if Overniteink did not credit my account.

I utilized who is on the domain name and it gave me the owners home telephone number and address. I contacted the owner, he did not offer to assist me told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I sent a registered letter stating my position on his business practices. I indicated that if it is an honest mistake, correct it.

I contacted the hosting website legal department and indicated to them that they may be providing services for a fraudulant business.

I contacted the North Carolina Police Department and District attorney. Since this was a purchase made from home computer, I had to file a case with my local authorities. I filed a case with my local authorities December 21

The money is not as important as protecting other consumers from this fraudulant business. This owner disolves his LLC company every year, documented from 2000 till now.
