Lapop auction ripoff sold laptop at auction and never sent or returned money

On October 29th. I purchased a laptop computer on ebay from Kris Schumacher for $910.00 plus $25.00 shipping and $10.00 insurance for a total of $945.00. HP Laptop ZD7000 17in monitor with CD/DVD RW 80 gigs, ebay Item number: 6716855397.in his write up he stated: This laptop was for my fall semester at school. Now that the semester is over I do not need it anymore. It works absolutely perfect. A few minor scratches on the corners but nothing to worry about. IT runs like the day it was bought. It comes with all the restore cds, manuals and everything that came in my box when I bought it new. It does have a fully transferrable warranty from HP until March. This unit is SOLD AS IS...

There is no worries, this unit is in tip top shape. I won the auction and sent him money orders that were confirmed cashed in the name of Erica Hinkle as he requested and sent to his address. I found out later that he had sold two laptops within 38 seconds with the same information on both auctions. I questioned him about this and he said he had two of them, one for home and one for office. Later was told that there were four. I was threatened with negative feedback if I did not pay but money was already on it's way. He has not shipped a laptop or returned my money. I am a 22 year vetran and a senior citizen in California with no means of collecting my money except by reporting on the internet.
