EMH Group Earrings different sizes returned them then no response

I purchased earrings on ebay, which were sent, but they were two totally different sizes! I sent them back, and had them signed for (so I know they got them). That was on November 17. Since then I've emailed, and emailed, with no response! I am out $100.00 and have nothing to show for it. Today it shows that Jewellery by ezra is no longer a registered member on ebay!!! Maybe no one else will get stuck like I did, but I want my earrings, or my money back!!!
