Company unathorized monthly $13.95 fees

This AP9* Connections charges me every month. They charge me $13.95 for what I don't even know. I tried to call them and was treated rudely and hung up on several times. My bank can do nothing about this either, they say I have to stop them my self. I just don't know what to do.
