Ripoff sent bill when the service was not used

I got a bill for $345.00 for a service that we did not use. The time they claim we used it was 5:56 am until 7:03 am. I am here to tell you that there is nobody up at that time in the morning at my house. I am never on the computer that time of the day. My computer WAS hooked up to the internet and I suspect that they hacked into my computer and used my address, but I assure that I never accessed this bogus site!
