Is a 3rd party threatening to ruin my credit because of their clients theft of my utilities

This is a 3rd party company which is used exclusively by a porn company that installs software on your computer and uses your computer to make calls to Europe.

The software reloads itself and "comes alive" to dial the numbers.

They try to harrass you into paying by threatening your credit and increased bills due to attorney's fees.

They will not answer their phone.

I sent an email requesting they remove my name from their invoices and they responded with a form letter asking how I wanted to make payment.

I've notified the FTC, BBB, my local and long distance phone companies. Your phone company can put a third party block on your phone.

This is essentially theft of utilities and because they are using interstate phone lines and the United States mail, this will essentially be a felony crime.

I have contacted my local and state police departments and I have a call into the FBI.

I saved a copy of the actual program to show the police and future judges how it replicates itself and makes calls without asking for permission.

Since they responded using an email to ask for payment options, i'm sure this can be a crime using the new "cyber laws" i've been researching.

My lawyers are going to have a ball in court if this company or any one acting on their behalf even pulls a copy of my credit report.
