Rip-off! I received a phone from them stating that i was intitled to receive a 3,000 dollar mastercard, just give us 299 dollars from a checking accounting!

Internet & Web

They called me and told me i was intitled to receive a 3,000 dollar credit card, i asked him if it was a regular credit card that i could use anywhere, and told yes, all they needed was 299 dollars from my checking acct. And in 30 days i would receive it in the mail.

What i got was a paper card with a acct. Number with a catalog to order from, i immediately called them the next day, the woman said that they had it on tape, i told her if that was so, she would know i asked in the beggining, so she told me to write a letter addressed to the adminstration dept. Of the bank and they would get back with my refund, they called and left a message on my cell phone, didn't say his name, just a number which i already had, i tried calling and can't get through, what do i do now!!! Please help!
