Took 150.00 dollar out of our account and intend to take more Internet

My wife seen thier ad online and responded and was prompted to enter account number and routing number as proof only of exsisting account.

She recieved a call from them in which she was told that a 99.95 dollar fee applied a year and 9.95 a month to help her establish her credit that had been damaged due to bankruptcy due to a divorce.

They called her again and ask her why she hadn't used her account to which she replied that she had lost the account number which they gladly emailed to her.
I told her well since you have it we had might as well use it for christmas gifts we were expecting to be able to get a lot of nice things for the kids.

On 10/12/04 they took out 149.95 dollars from our account unexpectantlly and to a working class family is a fair sum of money.

We went online before we had the account number and it doesn't give you prices for the merchindise it just shows you that they have a lot of stuff for sale it dosent mention thst you cannot buy the "bargin basement blowout priced things until you sign on with the account number.

After we recieved the account number we went online we were very disappointed what a ripoff you can only purchase afew items and they are things no one wants or needs and they you still have to pay shipping up front that can't be billed to you account either.

I think this company needs to be put out of business and that the owners operaters be held liable for thier decieving and fraudulant claims.

I cannot seem to get to talk to an actual person yet to ask for my money back but as a former U.S. Marine I am very persistant and very tenasious I will get our money back and any help that you can give us will be greatly appreciated.
