I purchased AT&T Internet service January 21. There were a couple of "bumps" at first but AT&T solved them very quickly and the service people were very polite and helpful. They showed up when they said they would, installation was quick and the internet worked well. About two weeks after, I was getting very slow speeds 2-3 Mbps when I was supposed to get 18Mbps. A call to AT&T and they made a couple of adjustments and it has been great ever since. My modem stopped working on a Saturday night. I called them and they promptly replaced it on SUNDAY - no charge. I couldn't believe they would come out for free on a Sunday. My service has been excellent and I am a HEAVY user of the internet. I am sold on AT&T!!!
