Charge to SBC phone bill - 44.20! I never made a call!

I received a phone bill and on it was 44.20 charge from this company! No one was even at the house, or in the state for that matter when this charge was assessed!!! The phone compeny will be getting a dispute and proceed with an investigation on this company! What a scam!!!
