Ripoff charged my sprint bill $40 for 2 min. And i never made this call

I was charged $40.00 on my sprint phone bill for a call to FAQ. ComZZ. They claim the call was done on the internet and lasted 2 min. I did not make this transaction and refuse to pat the bill. Because of this my phone will be shut off.
