Ripoff

I won a Shuttle system on e-bay in Sep 2003. After much screwing around, I finally got the system 16 Dec. The box was sent with many loose or missing pieces and no software / manuals / registration materials whatsover. I finally got tired of the evasions and lies for the lack of software, etc. And filed a piracy report with Microsoft.

If you guys at CPU-Parts find this, I hope that e-mail is the straw that breaks your back and runs you out of business.
