Paypal ripoff, Paid for Motorcycle that was not delivered

This is fraud with a capitol "f". All eBay has done so far is tell me to contact the seller by phone to resolve the problem. DUH!!! This is a CROOK!

There has been NO communication from the seller since I sent the money for a motorcycle that she didn't even own! People really need to be aware that NEVER should money be sent Western Union. Even then, after reading all the other usacomplaints.com, I'm not so sure that even going through Pay Pal is that great.

I have emailed EBAY, who I hold responsible for all of this, and told them to erase ALL of my records. I do not intend to do business through them ever again. Every time I try to file a fraud report with them, I get kickedoff the site... Strange!

No matter... I have filed reports to my local authorities, to the police in Illinois, and to Western Union (no luck there either), and to www.ifccfbi. Gov for internet fraud investigation. This needs to STOP!!!
