Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent billing practices

On my SBC phone bill for October, I was charged $73.55 for calls to the notorious UNTD KINGDXX numbers 442073350525,441277770101 and 441277770100 over four nights at around midnight, when I was asleep. I never, ever, made any connections to the UK. Receiving no satisfaction from ONE CALL COMM, I complained to USBI which cancelled the charges via a credit adjustment on my next SBC bill.

Then on December 4, I received a bill for $20.00 in the mail from PPC for a call made to 4420733584 UK, at a time when I was not home, but at work. Today (Dec 7), my co-worker, who lives in Alameda, received a PPC bill for $150.00 for these same numbers!

Neither of us ever made these connections on our computers! These are clear examples of fradulent billing.

We have no intention of paying these charges, but will defintely contact the USPS to investigate PPC's post office box and use of the mails; the BBB in Fort Worth and Bedford, New Hampshire, and complain vigorously to PPC.
