Ripoff they keep making withdrawls after cancellation

I have made several attempts cancel and they say one thing, but it never happens. They are into me for an exces of several hundred dollars at the time of this report. I have made numerous requests for them to cancel my supposed account. When they look it up they state: ya your right you have only made two or three attempts to log on to this account and this has only been for e-mail checks, which hasn't happened in 3 months, yet they keep ripping my checking account off for monthly fees, this last time i finally got ahold of a number that you could fax your request to and included my request for a total refund of all monies taken from me plus the overdrafts they caused me to be charged with. At this time i will be changing my direct deposit to another bank. As i am disabled and cannot work, so this is the only source of monies i have to live on for 30 days, until the next deposit.
