Ripoff, deceitful business practices, false adversiting, no contact number, the absolute worst ISP in the world

I signed up with these thieves last week to find out that not only was there no service in my area, but there is no customer service number for these folks. I tried to call their support number, and they told me that there is nobody in their sales department, nor is there anyone for customer service. Customer service and sales must be contacted via email. I called them, and they have no idea, which way is up.

These guys are the absolute worst ISP in the world. No numbers call is horrible. According to techsupport, it's one person in his basement trying to earn money.
