Latitude V4.5.3 and Latitude V3

Got a brand-new phone, Blackberry 9900.installed Latitude v4.5.3 and all that Latitude does, is it logs in, then logs out automatically.
I investigate this issue and a suggestion was made to downgrade it to V3. Did that and it worked for exactly 24 hours and its back to the same issue - logs in, then logs out 5 minutes later.
Google hasn't updated anything anywhere so it would appear that they pretty much don't care for their customers.
If mine was an isolated incident, I would agree it's not a problem but, people from UK, USA, South America, Australia, India are all having the same problem.
Simply stupid that a company the size of Google, can't fix this!
