Ripoff they've taken my money and delivered nothing!

Earlier, a few weeks back, we posted a report concerning our dealings with this company.

I have since talked with several distributors by phone who have responded to our earlier posting. What I've learned is more than terrifying what this company is doing to ruin the lives of trustworthy investor/distributors.

As a result of these talks, which I have shared with my attorneys, I've been instructed by compitent council not to sign anything further with Pantheon, not even the Lease Location Agreement in locating the EZ Link machine promised.in short, Pantheon has dirtied their own deal by what they are creating as a collective kharma against them, which is bad business, no matter how you look at the outcome for the investor or for the people behind Pantheon.

One of my attorneys has already sent a 2 page letter to Mr. Alan Glaubman, President of Pantheon, clearly stating that Pantheon has voided their contract in my case, demanding back my $19,945.00... Immediately. The letter went out November 30th via regular mail. After 15 days we have heard no response. I have no machine and they have my money. Given the fact that the distributors I have talked with to date are telling me that the machines they have received are not being properly supported to work properly in the public arena, I personally can not in good conscience embarrass myself with a possible installation, even if a site location were found, for concern of the jeopardy it would put me in with the property owner accepting the machine.

I'll be attempting to contact Mr. Alan Glaubman soon at Pantheon to further pursue this thing in good faith, but am also preparing to move with legal action to get my money back if full satisfaction is not made to my full pleasure as an investor/distributor.

The money sent to these people was not a charitable donation, but a carefully considered investment.

To date, it is not yet Grand Theft, which is a Felony. But if my investment is not returned to me soon, my next report may say differently. I hope Pantheon is paying attention. What I share next, depends solely on them.

Lastly, everyone I've talk to by phone so far tells me that Pantheon is perversing and mismanaging a great technology that could really help the people who are investing into the technology. What a miserable thing to do to people and still call yourself an American if all this persists.
