Ripoff charges $14 95 to your phone bill for something you know nothing about Boulder City Nevada

I opened my phone bill and saw these charges. I did not know for what, so I typed their name into the Internet search and came up with a bunch of other complaints. I am trying to get the phone company, but they are closed today. Did file with the FTC and have in printing from the BBB relaibility reports on them and their doing business as names. I tried to call all of their numbers and got disconnected numbers or numbers saying they were closed today. I will not pay these charges. I have read other reports on here and believe it was part of a scam also with my bank card which is under investigation now.
