Ripoff Invoiced for unauthorized call to United Kingdom

This outfit PPC sent me an invoice in the mail in the amount of $30.00 as an entertainment fee. They also instruct your local phone company to charge you an additional $1.99/minute for 6 minutes. All of these charges were never authorized by me nor anyone else in my family.

I was totally outraged at first until I read the hundreds of other people who told their story on consumer complaints.com.

I intend to file complaints with the FTC, FBI, BBB Texas, BBB Pennsylvania, BBB New Hampshire and I intend to notify the offices of Sen. Arlen Specter (PA) and Sen Rick Santorum (PA).

There are too many legal scams (e.G. Banking fees, Credit Card companies and their usurious interest rates, Insurance companies, etc) perpetuated on the American public; we don't need illegal scams which originate overseas and collude with American companies.
