Ripoff

I noticed on the 18th of October that my acct had been billed for $69.95 I didn't have any Idea what it was for. So I talk to a rep from my bank and she told me that video professor had billed it I said for what. She didn't know so I asked if she had a number. She said no. So I decided to check through my pile of junk cds I had got there in un unmarked package was a cd from them unopened and in real small print was the name of the company. So I had to open the package to find a number for the company.

I called and after twenty minutes of waiting, someone answered. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I told her that my acct was billed 69.95 for something that I did not order and that I was sending it back and she told me I needed to get a padded envelope and send it back with the words SPRE 556388
on it and as soon as they go it back in their warehouse they would send me my money back. Well I sent it to them on October 20

They recieved it October 25 at 9:58 am by UPS. I've tried to call them about my money I'm on hold for long time no answer I've e-mailed them several times got on response that the money would be put back in my acct on Nov 7. Well let's put it this way

It is Nov 21 and still no money. So I followed through with all of my threats till I get my money. First I filed a complant with the BBB in Denver Colorado 2nd I filed a complant with my bank and they are investigating it also so let's see how long tell we get satisfaction.
