Just received a bill frpm Premier Premium Communications for a 30 minute charge from the United Kingdom. Apparently this is from some Adult website. I didn't authorize this and what make this very suspicious is I don't have long distance on my personal phone line. I am going to report this to the Federal Trade Commission. Has anyone else have any other ideas?
