Refused to refund unauthorized credit card charge

I was charged for $10 topped-up when I switched back to 500MB free plan from their 2GB Casual Plan free 30-day tryout. They claimed that I was cancelled the tryout plan before the 30-day tryout end, and the free plan I switched to had to be started couple of days later, so I needed to pay for the usage during the couple of days of gap. Event though I disabled my topped-up and saw I was with the 500MB free plan when I switched the plan.

I contacted the customer service to request the unauthorized charge and got rejected. I disputed the charge through my bank, and now I am just notified my service has been suspended. Another freedompop victim (my closed friend I introduced to) was charged $17.99 non-refundable renew service fee after tryout the on the exact last day of the tryout end day. We were told that it is their policy is "no-refund once charged". What scam promotion! It is not big a mount of money, just sick of the dirty scam business rip-off practice!
