YouRemodel is one of the worst choices a customer could make to purchase and item for any remodel job or just to purchase a item period. Do not use this company for any item that they may sell or offer. The customer service philosophy is to insult you and call you a liar. The items they sell are cheap junk that will have missing parts and that is where your nightmare will start and will end with no resolution but you will receive the insults and will be called a liar. I shop online for many things I purchase and 90% of those companies have excellent customer service but I promise you this is not one of them. And you really have to go out of your way as a company to have me post a negative review or for warn potential customers of that business... Once again I would not purchase items from this seller and if someone has and received the customer service I speak of make sure and take the time to make others aware..
