They tied in as tech support to a verizon wireless and a dish network service request

I ordered service from Verizon wireless and was sold Dish network because verizon did not handle Television or internet service in our area. As part of the package, we were told that we had to have this tech support service provided by saveology.com. Although we were told we could cancel at any time, it has proven impossible to contact the company to do so. Although $9.99 does not sound like much, how many people X $9.99 does this company steal per month, or annually.
