I have a similar story. Computer got infected with virus and automatically downloaded this software which was on my desktop and i cant even erase it. I get a bill of 340 dollars saying i have accessed online web cams which is insane.

I am considering filing an official report to FBI and having this company shut down. That 1800 number is also bogus
