Ripoff Scam Fraud

I received a bill today from these nice folks for $60.00. They accuse me of accessing a "Live Web Cam" site twice, for 6 min each.

I have read other reports here and they are all similar. I know I didn't access them, but they say I did. I have a long distance block on my phone. Why are all the invoices people are getting for 6 min? Why don't they vary? I am going to be investigating this some more. Hopefully I can find some answers!
