Received a bill from Premier Premium Communications trying to collect from me a total of $ 60.00 for two LD's to U.K. (12 minutes ($30.00 each call) for entertainment fees for access to pay per view websites, that I have never accessed. Also, they specified in their bill that there will be a long distance surcharge of $1.99 per minute coming on my local bill.

In their bill they say that if I did not agree with the charges to go to their website, which of course, I am not planning to do as they will have more access to my e-mail.

Instead, my reply will be by mail.
