Definitely worst experience. I put an order on December 21st, seeking priority overnight shipping. Nowadays is January 4th, and that I still don't possess the product! I've talked to Customer Support three times and also have gotten exactly the same solution. They're seeking info in the factory. Them "continues to be situated" is what's outlined on the site.
