AKA DEC Performance - Amerafund - Gary Hunziger Ripoff Scam Artist! Arrest these people!

Avtech Direct is a scam operation!

I have been getting their spam emails advertising their "Top of the Line" computers. It is so obvious that those computers are not top of the line just by looking at the description. These are outdated technologies! The funny thing is that this email remind me of another company from Chatsworth California, DEC Performance. This company used to send spam faxes and the content of the fax is so much like the email.

My good friend was one of the victims. She worked so hard to save up $800 to buy a computer for her son's birthday and guess what? Those A$ from DEC Performance took her money and ran!!! How do these people sleep at night?

After that I have been following this company on the internet, bbb.org and usacomplaints.com. I also asked my friend who lives in Northridge to check them out. He happened to know one of the tech guys from a friend that worked there. He told him that the operations in DEC was so messed up, they were having trouble with IRS.

One of the owners, Gary Hunziger, started another company called Amerafund and that, too, was a mess. Avtech Direct is his lastest scam operation. Someone arrest this guy please!!!

For those of you who don't know, the state Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against Avtech Direct last month for violating the state's spam law. I am glad someone is finally doing something to stop these scums from ripping people off.
