Shutterstock Refused to give coupon promo of $50 off after entered the code

Shutterstock.com offered a promotion for $50 off a 25 day subscription. Within the promotional offered deadline I entered the code it subtracted from the total then gave my credit card, but the receipt showed the price went back up to $249, when it should have been $199. Contacted company by phone, email & they refused to honor their holiday20 promo. I will not recommend this company in the future.
