I requested from their store on 12/3, figuring I would get my item by Christmas... Well, I am still waiting which is 12/27. I wrote them to protest plus they explained it might get 1-2 WEEKS to obtain my products from their website. Haven't been at-all useful!!! Buyer beware!!! I'll NEVER purchase from their website again!!!
