Www.cooltvproducts.com ripoff then sends me a virus

I ordered 3 gator grip wrench sets in october of i never got them and they charged my credit card for them. With numerous attempts to reach them they finally told me they were discontiued due to a faulty part from the manufactor. Thay said they would give me a credit but never did. It is Now January and i have turned them over to my credit card company for an investigation. I tried one last attempt to reach them by phone and email explaining thet is had turned them over to the better busness bureau. I finally got a respoce from them with a VIRUS attached that Ruined my computer. This virus was sent ON PURPOSE. BEWARE of these people!!!
