They got me too - cool tv products are a rip-off

I also sent in my check and it was deposited and i have had no response. I have tried repeatedly to email these people and to call them. I received one responce on january 31.

They said that they had been attacked by a malicious virus and their email had been down for over a week. Brian mcmahon said that the thunder stick that i ordered was usually sent in 7 to 10 days. He neglected to say 7 - to 10 days from when.

When i asked for a refund via email, the next time that i tried their web page i was getting a message that i was forbidden to enter their web site.

I really don't have $50 dollars to throw around. It was my first time to order via the internet and the last.

This guy is pocketing money, he is nothing but a thief. I did find a home phone number for him via email, it is 1-203-734-6428. Hope someone has some suggestions
