Go ahead and use them, just hope nothing goes wrong

Reserved three resorts in Thailand last September. Two had no issues. Reserved a household space which was unavailable whenever we came. The resort set us in a significantly smaller space which was marketed advertisement 1/4 the cost I settled. Approached Agoda and was informed the might invesitgate. Several emails later, I obtain the same reaction. We require additional time and certainly will return to you. I've the unique sensation that they're stringing me along till I simply quit. 5 weeks must have been the full time to investgate. Their damage. We go Thailand each year, but won't utilize them again. Itis not really a large amount of cash, but a good company might have returned it. Go right ahead and utilize them, simply wish nothing goes wrong.
