Ripoff dishonest

DO not order from Blue Hippo. They are dishonest. I ordered a computer in September from them. I was told to put down a down payment and my computer would be shipped out immediately. They also sent out paperwork that I needed to sign and send copies of my paycheck and ID. I did that. I called them for almost 4 weeks straight to inquire of the status of my order as I was previously told it would be sent out asap.

They claimed to not have any idea of what I was talking about as they did not see that I had sent over any paper work. It has been a month and I hadnt heard anything. I called in and told them, Listen I have been calling for weeks and you guys are telling me nothing. Where is my computer. The rep says, oh you will get it in January. I told her oh no, that was not what was discussed and I would not continue to allow them to access my account and take money.

How can I verify that they will send me my computer. The rep begins to talk rapidly and information she conveyed didnt make any since. I became quite alarmed and told her, if they access my account again I will press charges. I immediately hung up and contacted my bank and had my account number changed. Save yourself the heartache. I can't afford to lose any money and I'm sure you can't either.
