Ripoff so far not able to reach for Refund of My Money Telephone numbers are disconnected

I purchased the WebAdSystem.com package. What this company offered, was a series of "pop-up" ads. I paid for a certain number of "pop ads" to be placed on the internet when some was looking for exwercise equipment on seach engines.

The company assured me that I could get a refund for my money to which totals about $500. (I talked the sales guy down from a $1500 beginning offer.)

The "pop-ups" did not bring in any customers to my website. Didn't perform to the extent I wanted nor was explained by the sales person. I was told and I have in writing from the company that I could only receive my refund after using it for 11 months, at which time I would have 30 days to get my refund.

Now it is the time I can get the refund. I called the telephone numbers, and all numbers are disconnected. So I called the money making system company that referred me to WebAdSystems.com and they get me ANOTHER NUMBER.

The number they gave me was to Cardiozone help line. The Cardiozone company provided me with the ability to sell thier products with the W. Craig money making system and in-conjuction with WebAdSystem.com.

All I get is a Voice Mail message stating that I could leave a message and that they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. It now has been about 48 hours now and I have not gotten a call from them.

I basically have about 28 days to get my refund as per WebAdSystems.com paperwork and Cardiozone so far is holding me up with finding out who to contact and wherer these guys are.

I want my money back and am determined to get it back for the the money and more improtantly for the principle of the matter.

I will give them another 24-48 hours to respond.
