Buy backs are a Joke!

For several months now my husband and I have been buying PV movies we watch them and then used to be able to take them back to the store for store credit and get more movies. I know that is not Hastings biggest money maker (buying back movies) but it does make them a little bit of money because of course they only credit you a portion of what you paid for them. My issue is Now all of the sudden they don't want to buy them back if they have the "sticker in the middle" ok I've never bought a movie that didn't have a sticker in the middle. They never take any of the movies back anymore, and they are always fairly new movies that I am trying to trade back. Sure does seem like they are lying to customers about buy, sell, trade. Never seems to work out. I'm a very upset customer! Makes me not want to buy a single thing from Hastings at all! Does a company's word mean NOTHING anymore. I know Hastings will not go out of business without me shopping there, but if they continue to do other customers that way it might. If they are going to exclude movies that have "a sticker in the middle" maybe it should be posted somewhere what the rules for buy, sell, trade are so then we won't waste our time and energy anymore. Not a happy camper!
