NSS Magazine Ripoff unauthorized charge

When I responded to a BizRate questionnaire after an online purchase, I was offered a two month FREE subscription to TIME magazine. The offer stated that after two months an invoice would be sent with the option to cancel the subscription. I received five weekly issues, and then on 1-23-02 my credit card was billed for $85. I never received an invoice. I did not authorize the charge.
