HUGE Ripoff! Will not respond to inquiry!

I, as well as others, would like to report a false advertising. I read the detailed terms and conditions on the website and completed them fully. I then expected my mail voucher address to follow. The redemtion website says I have completed all that I need to, but I still cannot redeem my gift. The website takes you in circles and will absolutely not respond to any inquiries! I have emailed them upwards of 15 times with contact information and received nothing! Isn't stuff like this against the law. It's false advertising, and I cannot believe companies continue to support places like this. What can be done?
