These products are way too easy to break and / or malfunction all too often. And when they do you are up ship creek trying to get your service agreement honored. Waiting on hold for hours, only to get some ignorant kid who will most often hang up on you the first chance he gets. Most times they will only talk to you long enough to try and upsell a service agreement to you.

A real shame too, considering the ripoff prices charged for these foreign made products (most likely produced in sweatshops) Maybe that's why they break so often. Don't forget that tripping a moisture sensor will also get you denied service. To me it's just not worth it. Especially since has informed me I'm eligible for free lifetime support on all my products. Don't believe me?

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
