My site is down and they said it is in redemption even though I thought it was supposed to be transferred. I paid the bill and then they reversed the charges for no reason. They are absolutely impossible to reach by phone. So many people have filed complaints on their facebook page with minimal success. One guy said it took 33 days to get a response.
