Horrible record keeping, dishonest sales, rude, poor customer service

Don't sign a personal training contract with them.

#1 they don't give you a copy
#2 they entered the # of months in their computer as 12 not 6
#3 they will NEVER refund a charge, even if they are wrong (per corporate)
#4 they charge $199 or $99 to cancel (varies from who you talk to)
#5 if you try to cancel they'll say things like "if you're going to get upset", "a*hole", "i never said that", and "take it or leave it"
#6 they disregard the credit card number on the contract and charge your debit card on file

So if it was this difficult to cancel training, I can't wait to see what it's like when I cancel my whole membership.
