Unauthorised money taken from account

I would just had item from 22.11.12 On examining stability difference in my own money bill (which just actually has sufficient for my regular buying in it), my building culture explained the above organization had obtained £119 from it. This have been obtained from an overdraft. And, I just have my state pension. I've no savings. I had been provided a number to telephone, 0207 979 7821 (A Birmingham quantity). I called them-and angrily commanded my cash back. They'd exposed a merchant account for me personally. I told them to shut it. I'dnot applied the merchandise, (I Would just had it a couple of days). They offered mean addess to deliver it to (Above). They explained I'dnot require a covering letter. Touch, I did so one regardless (simply to be about the safe area). I am currently waiting to listen to from their store re a return.

But, I Would also requested in the same period the 'Dead-Sea Beauty Package'. And, I can't locate any contact address for this. I also providenot utilized the product both. I have yet to get hold of my building culture to prevent any more funds heading out from my money account. But, I had been thinking if both of these businesses mightn't be colluding or be combined in some manner - because theyare both in California.
