Increased my order and amount and couldn't reach anyone to cancel order also continued to add additional charges and additional merchandise and then would come back a couple of time to confuse custom

After calling and ordering iwas told all by recording that a additional unit for s/h chg only $6.95. Then it asked if i wanted to Add additional. Unit which was suppose to be also s/h chg. It then proceeds to try and sell extra attachments with case etc. Then continues to mention other products and asks how many additional units then back to speedy shipping for additional cost and back asking again how many extra units you want and do you want additional. Total confusing at this point and no way to cancel and then you find out they have added more to your order. Then continue to try and get you to pay additional fees for free gifts like a replica ring prince William gave Kate. Nthenn they send you over to receive a free trip for a cruise for two days to Bahamas after paying $59 dollars a day per person and this live person can do nothing to help with order cause he is not connected.
