False Employment Promises & Ripoff

Company Owners, Husband and Wife place ads in help wanted. Promise salary, specific hours (four days on and three days off) and residential living quarters.

Owner's pay salary, exceed promised hours worked, DO NOT provide residential living quarters as promised. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU!!!

Owners also expect caregivers to exceed legally allowed caregiving. I was given virtually no training with residents (3 hrs total) and they expect employees to perform delegation only tasks.

Was told by private resources that I was one of four 'employees' with this complaint
