Ripoff insurance scam fraudelent billing

After looking for health insurance on the internet I was contacted by a representative of NBC Health. What he told me about the plan sounded great and I was told I could look over the plan for 15 days before deciding if I wanted it.
When the plan arrived it had NOTHING in common with what the representative had told me, so I called the company within the fifteen day grace period to make sure my membership wasn't activated.
At this point I was told I could cancel my membership but the $100 activation fee was non-refundable. This is the first time an activation fee had been mentioned, and I had never agreed to any such fee.
This company is a total ripoff! Stay away!
