National Benefits Consultants LLC. Misrepsented their insurance plan

I was contacted by this company after I was checking health insurance quotes online. I was told this was not a discount insurance plan. It was an 80/20 plan with no cap since there was no cap on my out of pocket expenses. I wasn't told I was to pay the 80%.

I asked for written info on the plan and was told they because they were so inexpensive they couldn't afford to print out such info. I asked repeatedly if this was a discount plan and was always told no. I would get the info after I signed up for the insurance.

After they got my credit card info I received an email with the website to go to for the info... It was in fact discount plan and as I said before I was to pay 80%.. I feel I was totally lied to through the whole mess and I didn't get what I was told.

I tried to call the agent back within 20 mins of the time she took my info and of course she didn't answer and so I tried every number associated with this company and as of yet haven't heard from anyone.

And since this happened I have had another company that is posted on this website as scammers call me for insurance... You can't get an honest company any more

I am sure they were not going to give me a refund so I canceled my credit card... They are not going to get my money
