Rip-off! Ordered (legal) meds online and never received my order.internet

On July 19, I ordered some legal medication from an online pharmacy whose name keeps changing. They currently answer the phone (800-893-4511) as "On-line Pharmacy." If you call and get their automated answering machine, it gives the name "Applied Internation Medical Services."

Anyway, they debited my account the following day (7/20/04) for $60.00 which was the price for the medication and shipping. The billing company which was used is CCOINS.net (1-866-827-0764) based in Australia. I requested my money be returned and was told it would take 7 to 14 business days. Needless to say, I never received a refund from CCOINS.net (1-866-827-0764) and I have yet to receive my order fromt he on-line pharmacy. I have repeatedly called the on-line pharmacy's toll free number (1-800-893-4511). Excuses for the "hold" on my order have been the following:

1. The hurricanes in Florida have their shipments messed up;
2. The order is being held up in Customs in Florida;
3. The order is back ordered;
4. They are currently working out a deal with FedEx which won't currently deliver their product;
5. The order will be received % —they will give a day and then the day will come and go with no medication delivered to me;
6. They will give me a tracking number, but their system is down, call back in a couple of hours or the following day.
7. Their computer system is not working, please call back tomorrow.

I still keep getting solicitations from them via e-mail. So far, each e-mail references a different website but They continue to change their website address. I have no idea if their is a physical address for the pharmacy company.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid making medication transactions over the internet unless you know for sure the company is legitimate.
